Beyoncé & Jay-Z's first outing since birth of daughter

Beyoncé and Jay-Z took some time off from being parents for the night at a basketball game…

The past month has no doubt been incredibly busy for new parents Beyoncé and Jay-Z, so it's no surprise the A-list couple wanted to relax for the night and take in some light entertainment. The star couple attended a basketball game to watch the New Jersey Nets play the New York Knicks, a favourite pastime of theirs.

Bey and Jay looked as loved-up as ever at the sports game, often kissing and whispering in each others' ears. It looks like the stress of becoming first-time parents hasn't left them too tired to be affectionate!

The musical couple welcomed daughter Blue Ivy Carter into the world on 7 January and recently revealed pictures of her on her very own website, shunning the celebrity norm of selling photos to a magazine.

Bey and Jay applaud the basketball teams

Beyoncé made her first public appearance following the birth of her daughter in early February, looking fresh-faced and fabulous despite the late-night feeds and rumoured six workouts a day to get her body back into bootylicious shape.

However her appearance at the NBA game alongisde husband Jay-Z was their first 'date night' since they became parents.

Why are some people so mean? I loved the feature of Beyonce and Jay-Z. Good news for a change. I wonder, all those people who want to hear news of starving children around the world, what do they do to help relieve their plight in life? They should try giving £2 a month to a children's charity it would cure their mean-spiritedness.

Wish good for others and good would follow you.

Jay-Z is  ugly. Really!! What do you look like

Btw Msn I think people want to start commenting on the real news than this load of rubbi**** funny how the west always accuse eastern governments of oppressing their people and no freedom of speech etc. All I can say is HYPOCRITES!

Goodness gracious! Us normal people really don't care. She made her first public appearance good for her, many of us mothers struggle to make time for ourselves and the majority can't even leave the house for a good few months. REAL giving birth is more than what you see ^^ up there they probably have nannies left, right and centre! 
We would all appreciate to hear of the greater concerns going on in this world. Like the bloodshed of innocent children in the middle east than " Beyonce going out to watch a basket ball game" (how enlightening- not)
