Here we have something that will undoubtedly trigger a few smug smiles and have us all feeling better about ourselves in no time.

Danny Evans, a fun-loving artist from across the pond in West Hollywood, has spent time mocking up pictures to demonstrate what our favourite celebrities would look like if they hadn't become famous.

Whether that means they're on the plump side of life, or still learning how to control those bad hair days without the help of a entourage, we think these pictures are definitely worth a look.

Come and treat yourself to a bit of lunchtime fun-time and see what we're going on about...

Perhaps this lovely lady should print this picture out and stick it on her fridge as a stern reminder of what could happen if she falls off the weight-watching wagon. Poor lass.

interesting your idea of making a celebrity look normal involves putting them in horrific 80's style clothing and making them look fat. hate to see what you look like. Believe or not you don't have to pay a personal fitness instructor to keep you in shape or a designer and persoanl shopper to tell you how to dress. Us 'normal' people can go to the gym to stay trim and its possible to look stylish without spending a fortune.

I know this is just tongue in cheek but most of em probably wouldn't look like overweight spitting image characters..

So If you are not a celeb you are fat and dress badly? Stupid article, as I can point out  a million "ordinary" people who look 10 times better than most celebs!

without the self deception and the media deception, i don't think celebrities are as attractive as they believe themselves to be.

So if they weren't famous they would be fat with double chins... I doubt it!!!

I like the pictures, but the lame celebrity-revering **** kissing underneath about how fabulous these people really are and how they'd never wear such clothes or get so fat is spoiling the joke.

Humorous, maybe.

But some of them don't look anything like who they are supposed to. Then again, take their make up off and most of them don't look anything like who they are supposed to, anyway. So it might actually be about right.

Ohh I get it. All "Normal" people are fat then?

Articles like this are why obesity has become an issue making people feel so insecure that they comfort eat. It is saying you only will look good if you are famous and if you are not you will be fat. If the obesity statistic rises again in the coming weeks I will know why. You should be ashamed for posting this article.

Why do all these who are mean't to be non celebs look so bloated, with bad hair and bad dress sense, are you having a laugh msn and trying to make us non celebs feel better about ourselves.  i mean is that how we non famous people look like to you?
ha ha i still think its funny though, i mean some of them with all the social life, drink and drugs they sometimes do would probably look this bad or even worse if they were not famous and if they did not have a plastic surgeon and fitness instructor.

So basically whoever wrote this just "FatBoothed" a few celebrity photos and chucked some dodgy clothes on them? Is that really all it takes to be a journalist these days?
