Frank Lampard and Christine Bleakley at the Night of Heroes: The Sun Military Awards
TV star Christine Bleakley has vowed to set the day for her wedding to Frank Lampard as soon as the soccer star signs up to a new club.
The pair had been rumoured to be planning to walk down the aisle in Bleakley's native Northern Ireland last summer, but the time went by without rings being exchanged.
Now the former Daybreak presenter insists they will send out save the date cards - just as soon as the Chelsea star knows where he will be playing.
She says, "It's all good. We haven't (set a date). But we would love to do it this year, ideally sort of later on in the year."
However, Bleakly is adamant she won't be brushing up on her Chinese anytime soon amid ongoing reports Lampard is set to sign with Chinese club Guizhou Renhe.
She adds, "(With) football we don't quite know what is happening there. We're not sure what is going on there.
"I hear a new country every day. Some I have never even heard of. My Chinese isn't very good."
