Justin Bieber is in London to promote his book, Justin Bieber: Just Getting Started. But it hasn't been all work and no play - he's caught up with Niall Horan, his closest friend of the 1D lads, and recorded a session for Radio 1's Teen Awards with Carly Rae Jepsen.
