Kim Kardashian: My mother put me on birth control at 14
Her entire life may be flaunted in front of our noses on her many reality TV shows, but there are a couple of things Kim Kardashian won't talk about freely in interviews. Think that tape that made her famous, her recent divorce and her latest love, Kanye West.
That was, however, until she sat down in front of the legengary Oprah Winfrey. During an in-depth interview series dubbed Next Chapter, Kim made some personal revelations as never before.
One of them being that her mum put her on birth control when she was 'almost 15'. According to reports, she told Oprah: "When I did want to have sex the first time I was almost 15. I was like, 'I think I'm going to, or I want to', and she (my mom) was like, 'OK, so this is what we're gonna do, we're gonna put you on birth control,' and she was like, really open and honest with me."
Speaking about the sex tape with her ex-boyfriend, Ray J, she said: "I'm not grateful [for the sex tape], but if I could live my life again - if I knew better - I would do better. I humiliated my family and that's something I'm going to live with and explain that to my children."
Kim also touched on her recent divorce from Kris Humpries, saying: "I was in such a deep depression I thought I was going to back away from it all."
She went on to say: "You know when you just have that feeling that he's the one? When we moved in I had the feeling he was not the one."
