The  only reason why there is any sort of poverty in the world is because of money and the people who have it and want it who keep people down because they don't have the funds and put a price on everything they want from the poor for them to get them self's out of poverty which makes you think if there was no such thing as money would there really be any poverty anywhere ...

I heard on the tv with the benefits cap stopping at £26.000 that people who do fostering or are in care work like children's homes won't be effected by it .

Not a real surprise as they are training the rich kids to be social workers in schools and collages in and around london like cambridge to kidnap for profit later as there is a lot of money to be made out of poverty stricken parents that will cost the tax payer more money than it would be just to pay them in benefits each year , it's going on now as we right ...

Granted there are children who do need protection but these government run organisations can say what they want to obtain your children and you do not have a say on what they do ..
