Showing off his girls, Aisha and Amani, to Hello! magazine (and those medals!) it's clear the running superstar is happier than ever.
"I dreamt of becoming an Olympic champion and to do it twice in your country with a stadium of 80,000 people shouting your name, it doesn't get better than that," he said.
"Then for my wife to have two healthy little girls, well there's no way to describe it."
His wife Tania, 26, said: It's like a fairy tale. We couldn't ask for anything more. Twin one, the eldest, is Aisha. Twin two is Amani."
"He was almost bouncing-off-the-walls excited," she added, describing Mo after he cut the umbilical cord.
The couple joked that they chose the name Amani to get freebies from designer Armani. But the truth behind the girls' names is that they wanted Muslim names beginning with the letter A.
Mo is also the step-father of Rihanna, seven, who ran out to hug him on the track after his 10,000m Olympic win.
