Cast your mind back a year ago... the world was gripped by royal wedding fever, but we could never have guessed that it would be Kate Middleton's demure younger sister Pippa who would steal the show, rather than the new princess herself.

Now Pippa, 28 and with a part-time job as a party planner at her parents' company, has been included on TIME magazine's 100 most influential people list.

Does having a shapely bottom really qualify you for inclusion on such a list? Or is Pippa's influence much, er, broader than that? Let's investigate how Miss Pippa Middleton has changed the world over the last 12 months...

Has she made world changing decisions? Helped world peace? Inspired others to greater achievements? No, No and no all she has had the fortune to do on her side is being the sister of the girl who married Prince William, she is no prettier than a lot of girls who I see withing my place of work, or those who are out shopping in the city centre. All she is, is a part-time party planner......wow! That's influential......not​

Mother Theresa had an influence on the world as did Gandhi and numerous others because of their intellect,compassion and ideas. How shallow have people become if a bottom wiggly little girl has influence over the general public .I suspect most of it is from a fashion point of view,so do expect most young girls to be seen with some gun toting french upper class moron as the latest must have accessory.

Sorry but, what influential example, is she famous for? (Bar, The Bloody obvious),  So? has she, created something spectacular,.. Hmm, No!   Peace envoy?.. Oops, Not yet! . Seriously I just dont see it, wot bum??? you cant make out her bum in the dress, to me its non existant ... I see better arses than hers every day. A bum should be admired when you can actually see it and admire it... oohhhh what a world.... All she is, is the sister of a royal. No merit worth giving for just that.

JUST ANOTHER CRAP, I FIND NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT HER,SHE IS JUST A GIRL NEXT DOOR,BETTER STILL I HAVE SEEN BETTER WOMEN WHO CARRY THEMSELVES BETTER THAN THIS SO CALLED PIPPA CELEB WANNABE, I GUESS THE PRESS IS RUNNING OUT OF STORIES THEY JUST TEND TO FILL THE GAP,CAN,T BLAME THEM AFTERALL HEY NEED TO SELL SOMETHING :)

This young woman is nice enough, pretty enough, but is only in the public eye because her sister bagged a Prince!!!! She is not a celebrity, she hasnt done anything particularly amazing and she certainly has no influence in this house! Media gone mad!!!!!!

Just shows how much the media perception of influential and noteworthy has been degraded.

She is nothing but a part time worker (sic) at mummy and daddies party favour business that has been heavily cashing in on the fact that William married their commoner daughter, so how in all that's real does this total waste of time get labelled as "influential" or "prestigious"
