Katie Holmes has never been famous for her sense of humour and crazy array of facial expressions - she's always been a more 'head down' kind of celebrity, and when she smiles, it's always a coy, pretty little grin.

However, it appears things are changing for Katie, who showed off an Oscar-worthy collection of funny faces at a press conference for Dead Accounts, a new play she will be starring in.

Dead Accounts is her second show on Broadway after her debut in All My Sons in 2008, and it appears she was showing off her skills while sitting with her castmembers at the conference!

Either that or years of marriage to Tom Cruise froze her face up and now she's finally moving with freedom? Check the gallery to see the many faces of Katie Holmes!

This really doesn't say a lot for Tom Cruise.

 

Now that she's free of him that cultist organisation, she's actually smiling and animated again, not just sitting there quietly and still.

I know it is a shock to see a celeb nowadays with an expression. After all, most of them have too much botox. Katie is a cutie. I love her expressions. Glad she has got her life back.

If you take a continuous roll of photos at millisecond time intervals, of COURSE you can single out some odd expressions. Nice to see a celebrity with expressions rather than a botoxed to hell plastic face.

Tom Cruise didn't twist her arm to marry. She knew he was into Scientology prior to saying I Do, or I Will. Equipped with this info, like all Hollywood hopefuls she chose to jump on and ride his fame. Hardly anybody knew her name before him. We all make sacrifices in life; she made hers. Why degrade the Tomster for his interest into this weird cult. She is responsible for her own actions and choices and her crazy faces.
