Tom Cruise and daughter Suri reunited in New York

Tom Cruise and daughter Suri have been spotted together for the first time since his split from estranged wife Katie Holmes.

Katie and Tom announced their separation last month when former Dawson's Creek actress Katie filed for divorce from the Mission Impossible actor.
The couple's six-year-old daughter Suri looked happy to see the Top Gun actor, who finished shooting for his latest movie Oblivion.

Wearing a pretty orange dress and red flip flops, Suri was carried through New York by her doting father.

Last week Bert Fields, Tom's lawyer, spoke out about the actor's love for his children, saying: "Tom loves Suri very, very much, as he does his other two children. Tom is a family man and dedicated to his children. They are the center of his world."

Cruise was seen again later carrying youngest daughter Suri, along with a soft toy, into the Greenwich Hotel.

its unfortunate for children when their parent gets divorce.... but the children are more fortunate when their parent love hasn't affect towards them coz of divorce...... njoy  Suri with ur dad.....

The child is 6 years old for God's sake, can she not walk? Or is this part of the problem; Dad's controlling attitude to family life?

Well they're not going to say he's an egotistical self-obsessed maniac are they? Which he clearly is .... according to his other children their "parents" don't even bother with them - so great parenting skills.  It's all done for PR pure and simple.  You can get divorced without having to splash it all over the tabloids.

Parents make mistakes, children's are going to be effected. If mother and father is love the child they have to united and do not show to the child. As long as you both marred take the ups and down have a good life and do not play with child life.
